The brake regulation system has an automatic parking brake function. A brake control unit is provided, which is formed such that the drive moment threshold is increased in case of a re-start carried out manually or automatically during the activation of parking brake function and the deactivation of the parking brake function is not carried out only depending excess of specified drive moment threshold rather additionally depending on a signal reproduces the starting intension of the driver or on one of the starting command of a driving system.
