The measuring connection element (10) is connected with an opening formed in a piping wall , and a measuring instrument between an interior of a piping forming a part of an airplane air conditioning system and a measuring instrument for production of a fluid-leading connection. A valve housing (14) is provided, which fastened at a piping, and a valve unit (16), which is tiltable in the valve housing around a drag axis between two positions. The valve unit seals in its former position and releases the opening formed in the piping wall in its latter position in relation to an ambient atmosphere.
