An intelligent POS(Point Of Sale) system is provided to deliver ordered goods to a customer quickly by linking with an LBS(Location-Based Service), a GIS(Geographic Information System), and a GPS(Global Positioning System), obtaining location information of the customer from a customer call, and outputting a location and the shortest route to the customer on a delivery receipt. A phone number/address database server(32) checks whether a customer(30) is a registered member when the customer gives an order through a wired/wireless phone or the Internet(34). The phone number/address database server searches the closest shop to the customer automatically by using stored member information when the customer is registered, and registering the customer and checking location information of the customer when the customer is unregistered. The phone number/address database server outputs the location and the shortest route to the customer to a POS terminal(35) of the searched shop by linking with a delivery management server(33) and a GIS server(31). The POS terminal of the searched shop outputs the location and the shortest route to the customer on a delivery receipt after processing order management. |
