VISCOELASTICITY DAMPING PROTECTION MATERIAL FOR VIBRATION

摘要

A viscoelasticity damping protection material for vibration is provided to mix the mixture of rice hulls and an EVA(Ethylene.Vinyl.Acetate) chip to generate coating effect and form an air layer between the mixed materials to improve an insulating function. A plurality of rice hulls(200) have a predetermined shape. Shock generated from an exterior is delivered to the rice hulls to convert impact exerted on the rice hulls into heat energy so that impact or vibration is reduced. An EVA chip is a foaming product of rubber and resin. The EVA chip having superior shock absorbing capability is mixed with urethane so noise or vibration is absorbed. Cut-back asphalt is mixed with a damping material(100).
