A light-diffusing sheet which can be made to have a satisfactory front luminance without the need of a complicated design and is prevented from curling. The light-diffusing sheet comprises a substrate and a light-diffusing layer formed thereon, wherein the light-diffusing layer is constituted at least of acrylic resin particles, a styrene/acrylic copolymer resin binder, and an acrylic resin binder having a glass transition temperature of 30°C or lower. Preferably, the proportion of the styrene/acrylic copolymer resin binder to the acrylic resin binder is from 1/4 to 4/1 by weight. |
