A structure for a ball type check valve is provided to completely interrupt backflow of fluid by firmly blocking a lower inlet of an upper fluid passage through vertical movement of a ball. A structure for a ball type check valve includes a ball(30), a guide pin(31), a pin guide path(32), a pin guide(33), and an elastic member(34). The ball is made of rubber or silicon and positioned above a lower fluid passage(21) of a lower body(20). The guide pin is vertically installed in the ball. The pin guide path is formed under the ball to receive a lower part of the ball at an upper end and the guide pin at an inner center. The pin guide is formed under the ball and has an outer diameter smaller than a diameter of the lower fluid passage. The elastic member is installed under the ball to push up the ball.
