<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer which does not need to increase discharge pressure of a rotary compression element (a compressor). <P>SOLUTION: The sterilizer 1 is provided with a heat pump 10 comprising a freezing cycle where a high pressure side becomes supercritical pressure and has a sterilization processing means which is connected to the heat radiation part 12 of the heat pump 10 and performs sterilization processing of fluid to be sterilized by using heat radiation of the heat pump 10. In the device 1, the high pressure side in the freezing cycle is provided with a first and second compressors 11a and 11b, an auxiliary heat exchanger 16a for heating the fluid to be sterilized and an inter-coolant heat exchanger 16b between the compressors 11a and 11b, and an expansion means 17 provided between the auxiliary heat exchanger 16a and the inter-coolant heat exchanger 16b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
