PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply continuously an item to be measured discharged from the discharge opening of a measuring device to a bag transferred at a high speed.

SOLUTION: This linkage device 30 includes a plurality of funnel-shaped chutes 32 in which a plurality of items to be measured are supplied to an upper inlet and discharged from bottom outlet, and a rotary disk 31 for transferring a plurality of the chutes 32 in a condition where the outlet of each chute is in one line in a direction along the peripheral rotary path on the peripheral rotary path with a first section (IV) which is a partial section of the path and where bags P3 on the lower side are transferred in one line in the direction along the peripheral rotary path. The inlet opening of the chute 32 is long and narrow in the direction along the peripheral rotary path. The rotary disk 31 transfers the chutes so that the outlet of each chute 32 is above each bag P3 in the first section (IV).
