PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with a rotation sensor, which can use a standard type rolling bearing having seal grooves in a bearing ring, and requires fewer components. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing with the rotation sensor comprises a fixed bearing ring formed as an outer ring 1 with the annular seal grooves 1b in both sides of a raceway surface 1a and an annular sensor holding member 7 mounted on the outer ring 1 with its protruded strip 7a fitted into one of the seal grooves 1b. Thus, it can use the standard type rolling bearing having the seal grooves 1b on the outer ring 1 and requires fewer components without the need for a core metal of the sensor holding member 7.
