PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web rewinding device capable of reliably rewinding a web around a winding shaft of a turret winding machine. SOLUTION: The web rewinding device 4 comprises a fan-shaped cutting drum 31, a circular receiving drum 32, a drum holding arm 33 for holding each drum, and a guide roller 34. The drum holding arm 33 is moved between the winding position of nipping the receiving drum 32 to a core and the separating position of separating the receiving drum 32 from the core. The guide roller 34 is moved between the advancing position of advancing in a conveying passage of a web 6 and the retreated position of retreated from the conveying passage of the web. When the drum holding arm 33 is moved to the winding position, the guide roller 34 is moved to the retreated position.
