PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic report system contributable to dissolution of an anxious situation such that a child is out of a safe area such as school, home or cram school, and no reliable person such as a friend or parent is not nearby. SOLUTION: The automatic report system comprises a cellular phone group A consisting of a plurality of cellular phones 1a, 1b to 1n; a base station; an automatic report device B; and a report receiving device 8 which receiving automatic report. The automatic report device B is set, for example, in a center of a security company or the like, and includes a plurality of devices as follows. Namely, the automatic report device B includes a position acquisition device 3; a safe area management device 4; a telephone number related management device 5; a condition determination device 6; and a report device 7. The cellular phones 1a, 1b to 1n are connected to the base station 2 by a wireless line. The position information acquisition device 3 is connected to the base station 2.
