PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for making an oscillator circuit stably oscillate when a constant voltage power source circuit for an oscillator circuit intermittently operates. SOLUTION: A processor connected to an external device is provided with: a first constant voltage power source circuit for generating a first power supply voltage; an oscillator circuit for generating an oscillation signal by operating with the first power supply voltage; and an operation control circuit for controlling the operation of the first constant voltage power source circuit. The operation control circuit makes the first constant voltage power source circuit intermittently operate in a first period, and makes the first constant voltage power source circuit continuously operate in a second period in which a clock signal is output based on an oscillation signal from a processor to an external device.
