PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas holder having a piston supporting structure for easily inspecting and repairing a work inside the holder. SOLUTION: The gas holder 10 having a piston 11 and a bottom plate 12 in almost the same shape comprises a plurality of piston supports 20 arranged rising between the piston 11 and the bottom plate 12 for supporting the piston 11 at a position isolated from the bottom plate 12. The piston supports 20 each have a foldable structure connected to the piston 11 in a tilting manner. The piston supports 20 are each formed in the foldable structure and permanently installed on the piston 11 to facilitate the inspecting and repairing work inside the holder because of no need for conventional troublesome mounting/demounting work.
