After a first base is folded along a fold line (1c) extending in the flow direction, one portion (1a) of two portions of the first base divided by the fold line of the first base is placed on a second base and sealed thereto. Then, a laminate formed of the first to third bases is punched out so as to be formed in a predetermined shape in which the portion of the fold line is included, thereby forming a knob part formed of the mutually sealed portions of the first and second bases.
