摘要 <p>An antenna device, which can have a frequency regulation circuit mounted thereon without taking account of the positional precision of a component for the substrate, and furthermore, exhibits high degree of freedom in shape design and is strong against external impact. A wireless communication apparatus is also provided. The antenna device (1) comprises a substrate (2), a radiation electrode (3) and a frequency regulation circuit (4). The radiation electrode (3) consists of a feeding section side electrode (31) and a distal end side electrode (32). The frequency regulation circuit (4) is a circuit for regulating the resonance frequency of the antenna device (1), and it is made separately from the substrate (2) and the radiation electrode (3) and fixed to the substrate (2) by soldering. Namely, a recess (5) is provided on the upper surface (22) of the substrate (2), and under a state where a component such as a capacitor (41) is contained in the recess (5), the substrate (40) of the frequency regulation circuit (4) is mounted above the recess (5). The open end (31a) of the feeding section side electrode (31) and the open end (32a) of the distal end side electrode (32) are connected, respectively, to the terminals (4a, 4b) of the frequency regulation circuit (4) through solders (45, 46).</p>
