A wiring structure and a method for forming the same are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a wiring with a linear structure including carbon atoms. A pair of block-shaped base conductors(1,2) are arranged at a predetermined interval opposite to each other. A wiring(5) is electrically coupled with the block-shaped base conductors. The wiring has linear structures(3). Each of the linear structures is made of a carbon element which is formed in a vertical direction from each of opposing surfaces(1a,2a) of the block-shaped base conductors. The linear structures intersect and contact with each other between the opposing surfaces in order to be electrically connected with each other. |
