PURPOSE:To prevent separation of any coating and disconnection failure by withdrawing a guide plate that includes a guide groove, which is projected upwardly parallely to a work annular part and opened whose upper part is expandedly open along a gap of the work, to a region where the guide plate does not interface with a wire material, when the wire material is forced to piece the guide plate. CONSTITUTION:A tapered portion 35a is formed at exposed portions above the upper ends of head cores 3, 3 to receive a wire 5 on a slanting surface thereof opened upward and guide it to a gap 4. On the other hand, a pinion 36 is mounted on the other end of a rotary shaft 33 and coupled to an air cylinder 37 protruded in a recessed part 32 through a rack 38. With the pinion 36 rotated, the guide plate 31 is rotated to run side by side with the head cores 3, 3 or into a region where it does not interfere with the wire 5 passing through the head core 3. In other words, the guide plate 31 is located under the head core 3 only when the wire 5 pierces the head core 3. Hereby, separation of coating on the wire 5 and disconnection failure can be prevented. |
