<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect radio devices to an electric supply hub as many as possible, while maintaining safe operation of a communication system. <P>SOLUTION: A LAN-IF portion 50 assigns channels in a wireless network to connect a plurality of radio devices for performing communications with a terminal device, respectively, via an electric supply hub. In addition, a network IF portion 54 connects a network 14. A processing portion 52 connects a channel for the wireless network at each of the plurality of radio devices to a channel in a communication network. The processing portion 52 acquires power consumption at the plurality of radio devices based on the allocation condition of channels in the plurality of radio devices.
