<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior goods lease system allowing a user to select interior goods freely in accordance with real estate properties and conclude a lease contract on the selected interior goods. <P>SOLUTION: This interior goods lease system composed of an interior goods lease contract device for leasing interior goods and a terminal unit of a lease company for settling an account of lease comprises: an interior goods database storing the information about interior goods including kind, price, and detailed contents of the interior goods; a display control part for displaying the information about the interior goods stored in the interior goods database; and a lease calculating part for calculating the price for lease and preparing an application form for lease contract. When the user selects the interior goods and inputs a term of lease, this system calculates a charge for lease, prepares the application form for lease contract, and transmits the information about the user of lease and the information about the interior goods to be leased to the terminal unit of the lease company, which settles an account of the lease contract and transmits the contents of the settlement to the interior goods lease contract device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
