摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophoretic analysis achieving sensitivity extremely higher than before by using a buffer for electrophoresis where an increase in costs has been minimized although the electrophoretic analysis is more sensitive than before. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophoretic analysis using a buffer for electrophoresis containing fine zinc oxide particles has the following processes, namely a filling process for filling the buffer for electrophoresis into an introduction channel 12 of a microchip 10 and a separation channel 14 crossing the introduction channel 12 (1), an introduction process for introducing a sample to the introduction channel by applying an introduction voltage to the introduction channel (2), a delay period introduction process for introducing the sample to the separation channel by intermittently applying a separation voltage to the separation channel (3), and a cataphoresis process for allowing the sample to migrate by applying the separation voltage to the channel (4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
