<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen sensor which measures stably a hydrogen amount occlusion-stored in a hydrogen storage alloy. <P>SOLUTION: This hydrogen sensor 1 has an electrolyte body 26 attached with a detecting electrode 30 and a reference electrode 28, and the electrolyte body 26 is constituted of a metal ion-conductive solid electrolyte. The electrolyte is thereby precluded from being deteriorated even when the hydrogen sensor is exposed to vacuum atmosphere in a hydrogen occlusion process, and an excellent ion conductivity exhibits a stable sensing function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
