PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy of an interference wave having a small amplitude by a small amount of operation in an FMCW radar. SOLUTION: A variation VD of a signal level of a beat signal between sampling points is calculated (S210), based on sampling data, and a sampling point at which the sign of the variation VD is changed is extracted as a pole (S220). Generation frequency of poles is counted in each fixed unit time range (S230), and a unit time range wherein the counted number is greatly different from other unit time ranges is extracted (S240). If at least any one unit time ranges is extracted, it is determined that interference occurs, and on the other hand, if no unit time ranges is extracted, it is determined that interference does not occur (S250-270).
