PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various and high-functionality battery adapters which are applied in place of actual batteries, and in which not only a boosting function in order to secure a power supply voltage, but also other various functional parts are provided in combination, and to provide an attachment frame applied to these battery adapters. SOLUTION: In a mounting space 125, excluding a converter part 122 of the battery adapter 120, a sensor function and communication function, or a recording function, and furthermore, an additional functional part, such as an monitoring control function are arranged and installed, functions are improved which are provided with electronic equipment having the battery holder; or further, other functions can be executed together at the same time. Furthermore, by applying this battery adapter 120 in place of one real battery, without any modification on the electronic equipment body side, expansion, addition or the like of these functions is realized.
