PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function of reservation of recording or viewing by simple operations during viewing of program propaganda by adding a function of obtaining information necessary for reservation from the program propaganda being viewed. SOLUTION: A character recognition and processing section 303 and a voice recognition and processing section 304 extract keywords from motion picture information and voice information in motion picture information. After transferring the keywords to a keyword control section 302, a program information processing section 301 appropriately presents program information to an operator.
