PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable holding a favorable engagement state of a cylindrical rib with a shaft, and to achieve the reduction of labor hours and costs related to the installation. SOLUTION: A pair of slits 15 are formed in opposing radial directions of the cylindrical rib 14 in the cylindrical rib 14 engaged with the shaft 21 of a rotary encoder 20 or the like. From the portions of the cylindrical rib 14 in which the slits 15 are formed, reinforcing ribs 16 extending outward of the cylindrical rib 14 are integrally provided. Around the cylindrical rib 14, an outer circumferential rib 17 to integrally connect the reinforcing ribs 16 in the opposing radial directions of the cylindrical rib 14 is provided so as to be separated at a predetermined interval from the cylindrical rib 14. Therefore, since while the resiliency of the cylindrical rib 14 is secured, the strength can be provided, even if the shaft 21 is engaged with the cylindrical rib 14 and several times extracted and inserted, loosening of the engagement of the cylindrical rib 14 with the shaft 21 can be prevented.
