PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield terminal treatment structure of an equipment shield connector which has a coming-off prevention function of a wire seal or a retainer at a part of a housing, and can reduce a forming time and a forming cost of a component. SOLUTION: A holding part 33a of a metal housing 33 covers a terminal housing 32 so as to press the retainer 40, and is installed on a shield case of an equipment. The wire seal 39 and the retainer 40 are compressed and held between the holding part 33a of the metal housing 33 and the opening face 32c of a housing hole 32a of the terminal housing 32.
