PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin display operation module capable of successively performing necessary displays, while erasing unnecessary displays, an electronic apparatus provided with the same, and a manufacturing method of the display operation module. SOLUTION: The display operation module 1 has a configuration of having a substrate 10 and a waterproof protective sheet 30 stuck to each other by a frame-shaped waterproof double-sided tape 34. A waterproof resist is formed on the rear face of the substrate 10. A driving electrode is formed, in an area surrounded with the double-sided tape 34, in the substrate 10, and microcapsules containing a dispersion system that includes electrophoretic particulates and a common electrode disposed so as to face the driving electrode are laminated on the driving electrode.
