PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pump control device capable of reducing pump noise to a level acceptable in practical use while suppressing heat generation from the control device. SOLUTION: In a fuel supply system 10 provided with an engine control unit (ECU) 40, a fuel pump 16 having a pump motor 19 controlled with PWM control based on control signal from the ECU 40 built therein, a pump controller 20 controlling electric power supply to the pump motor 19, and sensors 31 detecting an engine operation condition, a control part 21 provided on the pump controller 20 makes frequency f low when duty ratio Du of PWM control signal driving a power transistor Tr of an output circuit is large, and makes frequency f high when the duty ratio Du is small.
