PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing device of a surface mountable thin shape, capable of surely providing closing operation by sensing swinging of an earthquake, and capable of realizing locking operation in an optimal position strong against distortion of build-up. SOLUTION: A constitution for performing the closing operation by sensing the shock of the earthquake, is provided by a body device composed of a body case, a disk-like rolling body and a cam member and thinly formed as a whole. The body device is installed on a frame body by surface mounting. A receiving member is installed in an opening moving body. Both ends have an inner rail and an outer rail having a locking latch and a connecting hook, and an interlocking device is arranged by flatly forming the whole, and the inner rail and the body device are connected in a state of being guided by the outer rail so that the locking latch surely goes in and out to a predetermined position in the body device in opening-closing operation of an opening-closing moving body. The receiving member and the inner rail are also connected by the connecting hook in a state of having a wide allowable range capable of coping even with an error in build-up and warping.
