PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door and a window capable of surely preventing rainwater from infiltrating into a room from a lower frame in strong wind and rain. SOLUTION: A water cut-off attachment 20 having a water cut-off part 20a and right-left installation parts 20b is arranged in a lower part of a frame body 1. This water cut-off part 20a is contacted with a structural material 14 for installing the lower frame 11 by interposing a horizontal water cut-off material 23. The installation parts 20b are contacted with an indoor side surface 12a of a vertical frame 12 by interposing a vertical water cut-off material 24 continuing with the horizontal water cut-off material 23, and are detachably installed by a fixing means 30, and the rainwater can be surely prevented from infiltrating into the room from the lower frame 11 in the strong wind and rain, by respectively making a part between the water cut-off part 20a of the water cut-off attachment 20 and the structural material 14 and a part between the installation parts 20b and the vertical frame 12 watertight.
