PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid temperature regulating device capable of preventing the occurrence of a fault caused by overheating or the like while minimizing the installed number of temperature switches such as overheat switches in the fluid temperature regulating device comprising a body block having a passage for a temperature regulated fluid to pass through, heat transfer plates installed on the surfaces of the body block, and heat sources for exchanging heat with the temperature regulated fluid passing through the passage through the heat transfer plates. SOLUTION: The fluid temperature regulating device comprises the heat transfer plates installed one each on each side of the body block in a form of holding the body block; a plurality of heat sources installed equally on each heat transfer plate; and a power supply part for driving the heat sources formed in pairs with the body block held between. One overheat switch for stopping the drive of the heat sources by the power supply part in a situation where the temperature of the heat transfer plate reaches a predetermined temperature or higher is installed at one of the heat transfer plates with the body block held between.
