PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact bearing structure having improved assembly work properties and high reliability, capable of preventing creep and play in the axial direction, and to provide a motor. SOLUTION: The bearing structure includes a creep prevention plate 12, a housing 14 and a bottom plate 15. The creep prevention plate 12 has a plurality of claw-like projections 12a press-fitted on an outer ring 11a of a bearing 11. The housing 14 has recesses 14b that are formed in an opening inner peripheral portion thereof so as to engage with the projections 12a of the creep prevention plate 12 and receives the bearing 11 therein. The bottom plate 15 covers an outer opening portion 14a of the housing 14. A rotary shaft 16 is attached to an inner ring 11b of the bearing 11. The housing 14 is secured to a fixture frame 17 under such a condition that the projections 12a and the recesses 14b are engaged with each other. The bottom plate 15 is screwed to the housing 14 by adjusting a thrust washer 13 so that an axial gap between the bottom plate 15 and the bearing 11 is eliminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
