PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein the isolation from the external world is crucial in a conventional isolation device for preventing infection of a test animal, especially, it is required that the test animal suffering from an infectious disease, such as, cholera and tuberculosis is isolated to prevent infection, and when a growing box is installed for purpose of therapy, the leak of bacteria, or the like, to the exterior is prevented. SOLUTION: The isolation device for preventing the infection comprises a germicidal box and an infection-preventive isolation box. Both of the boxes are regulated so that the germicidal box and the infection-preventive isolation box may be connected so that the degermed air from the germicidal box is sent to the infection-preventive isolation box, and the used air is recycled to the germicidal box again, and exhausted to the exterior through the germicidal box.
