PURPOSE:To obtain a discharge electrode, which has simple structure and is maintained easily, by oppositely arranging an auxiliary electrode to an opening electrode as holding a dielectric while composing the auxiliary electrode of a conductive material being pressure-welded by the dielectric and a feed section and having resiliency. CONSTITUTION:An auxiliary electrode 2 is formed in a tube composed of a hollow conductive material, and wall thickness is thinned and the auxiliary electrode is shaped in structure abounding in resiliency. A feed section 10 is arranged onto a holding material 8, and a dielectric 3 and an opening electrode 1 are disposed oppositely to the auxiliary electrode 2 so that the auxiliary electrode 2 placed onto the feed section 10 is deformed slightly. Consequently, a holding means such as a spring is unnecessitated, and the auxiliary electrode 2 is pressure-welded to the dielectric 3 and the feed section 10, and formed in structure in which the auxiliary electrode 2 is fast stuck directly to these dielectric and feed section, thus eliminating the need for a feed terminal. Accordingly, a discharge electrode, which is maintained easily, is acquired by simple structure. |
