The hook for smoking fish, comprises a rail with a hanger (18), and a double spit (15) mounted so that it is revolvable along the rail and/or movably mounted around the rail. The double spit has two U-shaped thorns (14) connected to each other and has a means for revolvable and movable fixation. The means for revolvable and movable fixation is a loop with clamping screw. The rail is led through the loop and the clamping screw is led lateral through the loop.
