A vibration-proof slide door mechanism for an air conditioner and the air conditioner using this door mechanism are disclosed. The vibration-proof slide door mechanism comprises: a slide door (1), racks (2) and guide parts (3) located on the slide door (1). The guide parts (3) can slide in the racks (2). The periphery of each guide part (3) is sleeved with a revolving member (4) that can rotate around the axle of the guide part (3). When the slide door (1) slides, there is rolling friction between the revolving members (4) and the racks (2).
