<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment device which positively holds a machining object, improves machining efficiency of surface treatment, and improves mass production effect. <P>SOLUTION: According to the structure of the surface treatment device, a holding means 9 for holding the machining object 2 at the center of a storage vessel 6 is formed of a hollow shaft member 91 which is stored in the machining object 2 and extends in an axial direction of the machining object 2, and a plurality of swelling members 92 which are arranged on an external peripheral surface of the hollow shaft member 91 along an axial direction, for swelling by the pressure of fluid to make intimate contact with an internal peripheral surface of the machining object 2. Therefore even if the bore shape accuracy of the machining object 2 is not sufficient, the swelling members 92 swell in a manner of trailing the shape of the internal peripheral surface of the machining object 2, and thus the machining object 2 can be positively held on the periphery of the hollow shaft member 91. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
