摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell apparatus with great freedom in handling a fuel ejecting tube path when the fuel cell apparatus is loaded to a vehicle and having good loading property by connecting the fuel ejecting tube path to a fuel gas ejecting side manifold between a top end and a bottom end of the fuel cell apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell apparatus is constituted as follows: a plurality of fuels cells holding electrolyte layers with fuel electrodes and oxygen electrodes are laminated through a separator with a fuel flow path formed along the fuel electrode and an oxidant flow path formed along an oxygen electrode and a side end holding part is provided on an exit side of the fuel gas in the laminated direction. The side end holding part is provided with a manifold connected to a most downstream fuel gas flow path, a fuel ejecting tube path connected above a water surface of water pooled in the manifold and a bypass tube path with one end connected to a bottom end of the manifold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
