<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security management system etc. which simply performs access management to an information resource. <P>SOLUTION: The security management system is provided with; a responsible department management table which associates a responsible person ID and a resource ID and stores them; a user access right management table which associates a user ID and access right information, and stores them; an access right setting means which receives the responsible person ID from a responsible person terminal, extracts the resource ID corresponding to a department responsible person ID received from the responsible department management table, extracts the access right information corresponding to the resource ID from the user access right management table and presents it to the responsible person terminal, and receives the user ID of a user who gives or deprives the access right information and the access right to or from the responsible person terminal and registers it into the user access right management table 12; and a resource server which controls access, based on the user access right management table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
