PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business model using sake put in a small capacity vessel such as a cup as an article.

SOLUTION: The sake is put in a small vessel containing an amount about a cup full, sealed and the one with description of signs and explanations by which a brand is identified is distributed. A customer tastes a sample put in a small cup before ordering the sake desired to drink and orders it after confirming whether or not it is the desired one.
