PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-PCB monoclonal antibody having a high affinity to PCB analogs having 1-2 number of chlorine atoms, also without reducing the binding property with the PCB in the presence of a polar solvent and capable of measuring the PCB containing much monochlorobiphenyl and dichlorobiphenyl in a high sensitivity, and a method for measuring the PCB by using the anti-PCB monoclonal antibody.
