<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical wiring unit that can prevent loss from being generated when an optical fiber cord etc., is inserted into and extracted from an optical component storage case and can be made inexpensive. <P>SOLUTION: The optical wiring unit has the optical component storage case 10 having on one end surface 12, connection portions to which optical connectors are connected, and a rack 60 which stores the optical component storage case 10.
