PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter device having satisfactory indication accuracy for moving an indicator by a flexible member and a small load on a motor. SOLUTION: A speed meter of a combination meter for a vehicle includes the indicator 2 indicating an indication part provided to a dial and a moving mechanism 10 moving the indicator 2. The moving mechanism 10 includes a string-like flexible member 11 connected to the indicator 2, a tension pulley 12 around which both end parts 11a, 11b of the flexible member 11 are each wound, a driven pulley 13 to which the central part of the flexible member 11 is hooked, a winding pulley 15 around which the flexible member 11 is wound and to which the motor 14 is directly connected, and a spring 16 whose one end is assembled to the tension pulley 12 and whose other end is connected to one end part 11b of the flexible member 11, for maintaining the flexible member 11 in such a state without slack.
