PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal communication charge charging system which enables a user of a mobile terminal to utilize services by charging information (charging rate and charging destination) peculiar to an area in the case of utilizing the services of speech communication and data communication in a certain specified place (area). SOLUTION: Wireless location information transmitters 10-1 to 10-n are provided in the areas 100-1 to 100-n and transmit location information IDs "10-1" to "10-n". When moving to the area 100-1, the mobile terminal 20 acquires the location information ID "10-1" from the wireless location information transmitter 10-1 and transmits it. In a location information database 41, the location information IDs "10-1" to "10-n" and charging information 41-1 to 41-n are stored. A speech communication-data communication management server 30 refers to the location information database 41 and determines the charging information 41-1 corresponding to the location information ID "10-1" from the mobile terminal 20.
