PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a panel for display from being damaged due to interference with an outer frame, by surely inserting the panel for display into a regular attachment position of the outer frame. SOLUTION: In a display device having the panel for display fitted into the outer frame, a cushion rubber material to be brought into contact with an outer circumferential surface of the panel for display is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of the outer frame, and an inside surface to be brought into contact with the panel for display, of the cushion rubber material has a front side part on the display side formed into a slope projecting toward a rear side and has a rear side part formed into a linear surface parallel with the outer circumferential surface of the panel for display, and the cushion rubber material is so configured that the outer circumferential surface of the panel for display to be fitted to the outer frame is guided along the slope of the cushion rubber material to come into contact with the linear surface.
