PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental restorative material having further improved dispersibility of a pigment in the dental restorative material to prevent color heterogeneity. SOLUTION: The dental restorative material contains (A) a liquid material containing a polymerizable monomer, (B) a powdery material containing (b) an organic polymer soluble in the liquid material (A), and (c) a polymerization initiator contained in at least one of the liquid material (A) and the powdery material (B), wherein at least a part of the organic polymer (b) is a pigment-supporting organic polymer (b1) supporting a pigment and having a solubility of≥40 wt.% in the polymerizable monomer measured by adding 2 pts.mass of the polymer to 100 pts.mass of the polymerizable monomer and stirring at a rotation speed of 300 rpm at 23°C for 3 min.
