PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas turbine power generation system not causing explosive combustion in starting, and suppressing output reduction at a high altitude even when low-caloric content and unstable fuel is used. SOLUTION: A control section 8 acquires information on the rotational speed of the gas turbine 2. When it is determined that the gas turbine 2 reaches a prescribed rotational speed in system management based the acquired information on the rotational speed of the gas turbine 2, the control section 8 controls a valve 7 to mix high gaseous oxygen with compressed air. Further, the control section 8 acquires information on a combustion state in the combustor 5, controls the valve 7 based on the acquired information on the combustion state, and adjusts the amount of high gaseous oxygen to be mixed with the compressed air.
