PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container having enclosed application means, which is capable of controlling the outflow rate of fluids contained in the container with a small diameter. SOLUTION: The container includes an elongated flexible casing disposed with one or more opening means, a tubular application means enclosed in the elongated casing, the fluid stored between the circumferential faces of the elongated casing and the tubular application means.
