PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body inclination control device or the like capable of performing inclination control of the vehicle body suitable for a curved road by certainly acquiring the state of the curved road of a travel road. SOLUTION: The vehicle body inclination control device 30 is constituted so as to control an inclination angle of the vehicle body 25 based on line data 31a previously memorized in a memory part and so as to further correct, if necessary, the inclination angle of the vehicle body 25 during passing through the curved road.
