PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a temperature rise in an inkjet printer including an ink head. SOLUTION: This inkjet printer has the ink head, a first air blower, a first air blowing passage, a carriage, a second air blower, and a second air blowing passage. In this case, the ink head discharges an ultraviolet ray curable ink. The first air blower is adjacent to the ink head, and blows air to the ink head. The first air blowing passage supports the first air blower, and at the same time, partitions the first air blower and the ink head in such a manner that a communication hole through which the blown air from the first air blower can reach the ink head may be installed. The carriage integrally moves on a medium by arranging an ultraviolet lamp which irradiates the ink which has been discharged onto the medium from the ink head with an ultraviolet ray. The second air blower is arranged on one end section side of the outer cover, and generates an air stream to the inside by sucking in air of the outside. The second air blowing passage is connected with the second air blower, and also, is formed in a manner to penetrate the internal upper section from the one end section side of the outer cover to the other end section side, and discharges the air stream which has been generated by the second air blower from the other end section side.
